Why are the first YC named 8 ?? Well, at our eight internal meeting, Hacker Weekend, there was some other groups present and therefor we named it YC 8.
Was held between xx - xx xxxxx 1993 at the Scoutstuga. The number of visitors was ~20 people.
Even at the first YC we showed some movies on a big screen TV, like Candy Man and Highlander.
